Shame you cant put 0 stars. Added me to an I message group with strangers on exposing my telephone number to the public. I have reported to the ICO.

Zero. They make appointments where I am not supposed to let them in, then 2 days before "remind" me I am supposed to be present. I cannot take a day off for them. I repeat this several times with them, and they just do the same each time. I feel pressured to take time off work which I can't.
Don't answer/return calls and email replies are rare, I don't get replies where they have made an appointment that I can't attend because I am at work.
They are a hassle, terrible communication ad nauseum.
