After them doing a repair for my dad a couple of weeks ago.

I had a new boiler installed with them.

I feel that I have had the same experience as my dad the booking was so simple following there website.

To then having a call of Liam who came to take a closer look at the job.

I am made up with the service and to have a 10 year guarantee at a fair price is just a bonus on how easy the process has been.

I am now on a service plan so i look forward to seeing the team again next year.

From start to finish great company to deal with. All questions answered by Liam quickly prior to the installation. Arrived on time. Both John & Jay were very polite & professional. Installed the new boiler & ran through the instructions - excellent work. Would highly recommend this company.

Rapid response came out & fitted me a new boiler today. Engineer rang with an eta for arrival. John arrived & was very polite, worked efficiently whilst keeping the work area & house tidy. Took time to explain everything & answer any of my questions.
Absolute amazing service, will 100% recommend to friends & family!!

Been a member of the rapid response home care plan since the boiler was installed.

They arranged the service when it was due and changed a radiator valve that was faulty while they was here as I am part of the home care I cannot fault the service really made up.

Rapid response could not have made there services any more simple.

I found them on google as they are local.

Booked in an emergency boiler repair and within 24 hours they replaced parts required to get my boiler up and running.

We have now signed up to there home care as I have been with big company’s in the past and they do not compare.

We have had a new boiler fitted by RR and we’re really impressed. They came and relocated to the loft with no issues in a few days. We have later had a replacement manifold put in after a stressful time with a leak and cannot recommend enough how quickly they came to help and resolved for us. Will be using for all our heating and plumbing going forward - really impressed with competitive pricing and offering to fix problems with no stress
