Needed an EV charger fitted and a couple of odd electrical bits doing around the house. Was going to use Octopus for the charger but didn't like how you had to pay up front and had very little info on how long it would take.

Dropped Ross an email and he came round a couple of days later to do an assessment and discuss options. Charger was installed a couple of weeks later.

Really happy with the job him and Olly did. Both very friendly chaps who did a really clean job with no fuss. All sorted in a few hours.

The price was competitive with Octopus and I'm happier knowing that the work has gone to someone local who I can contact if I have issues. No hesitation in recommending.

Cannot fault them in any way. Very professional, great communication throughout the experience. Great care taken at the property to ensure that cables were hidden wherever possible. Willing to answer all of my annoying questions and sent pictures of the different setups they had done so I Could see how the cabling looked. If I ever move, I won't need to shop around I'll be using RB Electrical again

Absolutely first class service from Ross. We needed a consumer unit change and EICR done on our house. Ross turned up when he said, did the work to an excellent standard, and stayed on way beyond time to diagnose a fault and fix it. I know it shouldn't be noteworthy that a tradesman delivers this level of service, but unfortunately it seems to be the case these days. The installation of a new EV charger was quite awkward due to the format of the kitchen units around the meter area, but Ross dealt with matters efficiently and completed the installation with a minimum of fuss.
Everything was cleaned up on completion, and he briefed me on the use of the charger.
