Excellent service for an elderly family member on Christmas Eve. The team acted really fast. The 2 fitters were clean and tidy (George and Henry?). The team acted HO really kicked into action on 23rd December to have boiler fitted on 24th. Very competitively priced as well. Definitely would recommend you use RBHM Ltd.

Henry and Kieran arrived exactly at 8am and have done an amazing job installing my new boiler. So polite, informative, tidy and hard working. Did a full day's work with a quick break waiting for roofer to arrive. Amazing service we now have a new boiler and the hive to play with. They were very good in showing me how the new boiler worked and setting up the hive on my phone. Great guys would reccomend. Left place tidy and kept checking we had no questions before they left. I was extremely impressed with the removal of my old boiler and heating system which was replaced with a combi boiler.

All completed within one day by three professional, efficient and friendly engineers. Kieron, Malcolm and Justin worked well together to get things done.

Reasonable price and I love my new Hive system!! Highly recommended.

He organised my installation for my new boiler very quickly. The engineers (Ben and George) who fitted my new boiler were first class and true professionals in their trade. Kept me informed on what was going on during the installation and when they finished, showed me how it all works. Payment was so easy too. Henry and Luke converted my conventional boiler system into a combi boiler system. They were fantastic! Professional, efficient, polite and left the place tidy. They clearly explained what they were doing and happy to answer any question. This company will from now on be my first choice whenever I need a professional installation again. We had a boiler fitted 3 years ago. We paid for the yearly service. The boiler broke and they don't want to help or advise you. The thing is I would have upgraded my cover if they had been sympathetic to being left with waiting 6 DAYS for viessman to fix our boiler under warranty I would have upgraded. They just don't care! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Shane, Chriss and Ben have done an amazing job. We got 18 radiators replaced, a new boiler and 2 outside (warm&cold) taps. The service is just amazing! Very diligent team members! Thank YOU!!
