I regret to say that my experience with RD Energy Services was incredibly disappointing due to their complete lack of communication. After reaching out to them after a recommendation from our old plumber, I never heard back from them.

Despite multiple attempts to follow up via phone calls, I received no response whatsoever. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when you're in need of urgent heating engineer.

The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy in not responding to inquiries reflects poorly on the company's reliability and customer service standards.

I cannot recommend RD Energy Services based on my experience, as their neglect of communication leaves customers feeling abandoned and undervalued.

Luckily our old plumber came out his way to help.

Now more than 2 months since our boiler stopped working and we contacted this company. It is now January and rooms are very cold where our young children sleep. He charged £140 to come look at it over a month ago but still no sign of repair. He was here for less than half an hour. Unable to contact them about this despite trying several times. Avoid this company.

Richard recently fixed an issue with my oil heating system. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was water in the oil tank. He fixed the problem, cleaned the tank and carried out a full service of the boiler. Excellent service and I highly recommend Rd Energy Services.

Absolutely 1st class service, both Richard and Graeme went above and beyond to repair my air source heat pump, only thing that held them up was waiting for parts from Belgium. Friendly, speedy 100% committed. Thanks guys.
