I have had the very great pleasure of working with Richard, as his photographer, over multiple projects. I always look forward to an RDA build, I know the client will be delighted, the architecture will be exemplary and every detail will have been considered. It's rare to enjoy the level of trust, confidence and gratitude that RDA engender, even rarer to maintain their level of respect for so long in such a complicated and fraught profession. I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard and his team for your house: His only fault, if fault it is, is his desire to deliver a perfect project, which may blind him to even the most unreasonable of clients, often at great person cost. 5 stars without hesitation.

We have had our house refurbished by RDA. Right throughout the design planning and execution process we found a team that was professional, brilliant and responsive. They made every attempt to understand what we wanted, gently advised against what could be unrealistic and most important ensured the end product met our expectations. While modernising our 1929 build at no point was the character of the house compromised with. The transformation is stunning and fittings recommended a are excellent. We are more than satisfied with Richard, Jan and team and strongly recommend them as architects for any venture.

I have appointed RDA for several personal design projects, including my 60s home and a commercial building in Peckham. Richard helped me to source this building for my own development project. We have worked together collaboratively on the projects over the past 3 years and I trust the office to run projects efficiently. We employed RDA to design a rather complicated loft conversion at the top of a 4 storey Victorian terrace in East Dulwich. Richard and the team supported us from the drawing stage to planning (surprisingly straightforward due to Richard’s extensive experience) and right to the end of what turned out to be a very stressful build. He was always at the end of the phone when we needed him and went above and beyond his remit as an architect. I couldn’t imagine having achieved the stunning result we did without Richard’s invaluable input and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future or recommend him, in fact we have on numerous occasions!
