Terrible service had a boiler replaced back in July. September we finally needed to use it because the weather finally got cold only to find it doesn't work keeps turning off and thermostat not reading correctly. Keep contacting the company on alot of occasions and keep getting passed around. Get told by an installer he knows the issue and will post it out to me for me to install my self not comfortable with that. They won't travel to me as I'm near London (I'm not where near london I'm just south) part never arrives don't hear anything and not i have no hot water or heating with a child in the house who has asthma this is terrible service they don't want to fix anything avoid!! Keep your old boilers atleast they work.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT FAULTY WORK

I have no words. They have caused damage to my home that will cost me thousands to put right and that's just the so called insulation upgrade. Now they want to come and destroy my central heating system. Please do not let them anywhere near your home. I feel broken.

I had a boiler replaced by this company only after they made me replace the insulation in the roof.
After the plumber left two of the radiators have stopped working. They don’t even receive hot water to the pipes let alone the radiators.
10 calls to complain and no resolution. Only called back once to say that “water has memory - run the heating on high until the water REMEMBERS to travel to the other two.”

If the issue is not resolved I will be contacting the ombudsman and the government grant helpline as they cut many corners to tick boxes to be able to get the funding approved.

I wouldn't go with this company pass the book from one to the other we are elderly couple left us without heating and no hot water kept ringing them im in Scotland and Wales can't u get a plumber in its still under warranty terrible service we was without heating etc for over a week also only put a single socket on instead of a double

'Outstanding'! ...... From first port of call to job completion. The surveyor, Ali was brilliant, friendly, informative and professional. The office Keeping us updated on the installation date and what to expect on the day, and what was expected of us to ensure the installation went smoothly. David the heating engineer went above and beyond, his piping is like a work of art and even his brickwork was first class! An absolute credit to the company!
Many thanks to 'all' for, as I say an outstanding installation from start to finish. Highly recommended company. 5* 👍🏻

Not happy with real energy the fist problem I was told they would be a worcester bosch boiler eco but i got a logic c30 not a worcester bosch boiler and other work was carried out was very poor work i think some of there people need retraining i called them to sort out the mess they made but they can't be bothered to sort it out as no one as got back with us after calling them about the other jobs that was carried out and the problem I had with the work they did
