I had been having no end of problems with Utility companies and agents. When I first contacted Red Gorilla and spoke with Scott, it was such a pleasant change to communicate with someone who really tried hard. Suddenly our business mattered, we were not just a number on a screen. Always willing to recommend when asked.

I would advise anyone in using these fraudsters. They sold us a contract for a card payment system, confirming that the current company's contract would expire as theirs took over only for us to find out that this was a lie. The current company was still under contract for another two years.

We now have two card payment systems! One we cannot use and have been duped into a 4 year contract.

When I contacted Red Gorilla, they told me 'Oh that was our old Sales Guy who has since left the company' As if it wasn't that important!

I contacted Red Gorilla and time and time again was promised a call back from the MD, this NEVER occurred.

I warn you NOW, stay well away from this company. Once your signature is on the paperwork you are locked in with extremely watertight contract....

You have been warned.

The sooner they go bust and go off into obscurity the better.

What makes me laugh is they even sent an Electricity Sales person around a year later to sell me Electric and Gas! I told him what happened and he promised me he would do something about it!! Very funny.

Needless to say, I never heard anything more from him.....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Please stay away from Red Gorilla UK Ltd, look through there reviews you can clearly see “Danny” is a con man. Never paying on time for worked carried out and the most unprofessional “business” I’ve seen. I bracket business as it’s not even close to one.
