I have had some unexpected issues come up with traveling with my job to where I don’t get my $ to travel until right before. The Manager & her team have worked with me so kindly by holding my clothes until the $ is put on my card to be able to pick them up. I rotate through clothes for business trips so have quite a few of them each time I drop off. It makes me feel good that they reassure me they will put notes on my file so my clothes don’t get taken out of the store & donated as it would place me in an awful position. I won’t go anywhere other than Red Hanger Downtown SLC, Utah. They have an amazing team and are always so helpful to me. I wish I could remember each of their names but a shout out goes to their whole team as I’ve spoken to so many because I worry so much. They always put my mind at ease that they will be there for me. Thank you Downtown Salt Lake City Red Hanger! You will have my business always because of being caring & kind & holding on go my clothes until I can pick them up for my next trip!

Meh. There’s better cleaners out there. All my shirts keep on coming back with weird creases and I have to re-iron them. This is the third one like this. I will be trying other cleaners.

So glad I found this place I looked at a couple of other spots that either their dryers were down or they were too busy. but here it was phenomenal they got me in and had time for the next day to get me out, thank you again. Definitely gonna bring my suits more often here.

Excellent same day service! Was able to get my uniform shirt before 5:30pm and it was excellently done. Was cleaned all spots treated and pressed.

Fantastic customer service with amazing dry cleaning! I’ve struggled for years and years trying to find a dry cleaner that can do as good of a job.

If you’re in need of truly starched jeans with a quick turn around red hanger is the place to go!

I got stains on a dress and the more I was trying to wash the more stains appeared. I brought it in, they look carefully at the tissues and the labels. They told me they would try one treatment, and if it didn't work, another. I dropped it in the morning, I had a message in the afternoon that it was ready to pick up! The stains are gone, great knowledgeable and affordable service, I hope I won't get more stains, but if I do, I know where to go!

Red hanger did a great and satisfactory job on one of my favorite shirts. Is a shirt I really care about, it has some leather accents on it and was concerned about. It look fantastic and like new again. Thank you Red Hanger!
