Beautiful setting in open countryside. Walk between the paddocks to the stables to stroke the horses in their stalls. The entrance cafe has been modernised and sells home made treats and fine cup of coffee as well as a range of gifts.

Red diesel ⛽️ coal & logs 🪵 great prices

Ordered a pickup load of 'well seasoned' hardwood logs. They were delivered quickly, and value wise it seems like a good volume for the price paid. They're also nicely split and of a consistent size and length. So far so good.

My delivery has now been sat under a canopy for 20 days. With the temperatures dropping I took some moisture readings yesterday and was disappointed to find that the lowest reading I saw was 25% with a lot of logs reading 30-40%. Well seasoned they are not. I'll have to source another load elsewhere for this year.

Had an artic load of compost to deliver here, which proved a bit awkward as they are in the middle of having the yard extended. However, I was tipped and out of there pretty quick. Easy to find on your right on the A422 from Banbury.

One of the last remaining countryside related suppliers in the area. Has a great stock of most important essentials like timber, household fuels, ironmongery sundries along with select animal feed and horticultural supplies. Helpful staff good delivery system good price job done.
