I applyed for boiler grant on 1 november and tbe lady told me will only take 2 weeks to know if i was eligeble for grant or not so i waited for 2 weeks then after that i treid calling them 1000 times everyday and emailing them but they didnt answer my calls or replyed any off my emails became such an ingnorant waisted my time i culd have applyed some where else but was stuck with these time waisters god why i belive them if you want free grant ill request you to not to cantact red roof energy and try applying with a diffrent company i can't understand why there are recomendations ill never recomend them ill be happy to pay for the boiler myslf then coming to these time waisters could have gotten my boiler by now if i didnt contacted red roof energy now i have to waite for another 2 weeks since ive applyed with diffrent company didnt want to give them even 1 star but had to other wise it didnt let me post
