I have used Redbrick case management for a number of years. The customer service is excellent. System is user friendly and is capable of being tailored to different department needs by creating bespoke case management tasks and events. IT support is great, training sessions with Sam Jones are always helpful and informative.

Redbrick are a forward thinking company who listen to their customers to provide, not only a fantastic product/service, but amazing support and training so that customers can get the best out of the system.

With continual updates and improvements the system seamlessly transmissions through the many changes that face the conveyancing profession.

The team at Redbrick are a pleasure to deal with and have been incredibly helpful and patient as we planned and developed our system.

The level of integration Redbrick offers with other providers was a key factor in our decision making process, it’s something I’ve set to see with other case systems.
