A private hospital that doesn’t respect its clients anymore. I have a paid subscription here for more than 12 years and it’s nothing what it used to be: from delayed appointments to unprofessionalism (wrong diagnosis) to lack of empathy. I am in luck that I have been in good health and that I am only going here for routine check up but I still need to feel that I am going to the right place with right doctors. Thinking about changing my subscription to another private hospital

Came in, had to do my free blodwork, as per my contract, was told i had to pay 350 euros. Then a second person came and i had to pai 40 euros, then they realised they were actually free as per my subscription. The call center experience is horrible, and the help at the receptions is sometimes perfect but many a times very very bad. I will, after 14 year or 12, move to another clinic. Regina Maria becomes bigger and services become worst by the day. But the subscriptions do increase.

Very very bad service. Never come back again. The cashier probably doesn’t realize that customers pay her salary and her job to be helpful and reply questions at least on basic English. Upsetting experience with the whole communication with Regina Maria management. You pay high price for Soviet Union quality.

There are multiple floors Regina Maria services are present at, so you need to ask a receptionist of where to go

Horrible experience with the neonatology department.
Gave birth there 2 times, and every time was the same. Had to choose Regina Maria due to the fact that my doctor only attends births there.
The neonatology department is basically a money making machine, they will take your newborn from you for a routine check-up and never bring him back. They will order on your behalf tons of investigations, for which you will only find out their cost when the bill appears in your account.
If you want to breastfeed your child, forget about it, they will do everything it takes so you don't succeed.
They said my baby girl has silent reflux and her o2 is a little low because of my milk.
One month later, baby exclusively fed on breastmilk, +1kg, she's a fatty, no signs of any type of reflux, for which 3 doctors made me feel like.., because my milk is bad for the baby.
They will feed your newborn with high flow bottles just to gate it over with fast, and the baby won't latch to your nipple ever after that.

I did the full check-up with the 'Elite' pack over one day. I'm delighted with the way it was organised. Dana managed everything well, there was no waiting, the medical team was welcoming and the quality of care was up to my expectations. Assistance in English was no problem. I highly recommend it.

Ladies from reception helped me with the making my appointment.
Dr Raileanu Corina was so professional and kind. She carefully did ecografie, explained me in English ( because I don’t speak Românian) and it was pleasure atmosphere. Thank you once again Doctor! I recommend It! And orange juice was ?

The reception employees do not know what they are doing. They let you wait between sick people without nececessity. The doctors and nurses were very nice and shocked about their own reception.
