My first time tipping at Regroup Hull, I was shocked at the way they treated and spoke to me compared to all the other places I visit. They were so helpful and seemed genuinely friendly and interested in me. The chap in the office even let me borrow his helmet as I'd lost mine, so safety is paramount at this place, think his name was Paul Turner but could be wrong. And the chap that tipped me was lovely to, you can often judge a company by the staff they employ, most of them I spoke to had a smile for me and they'd worked there for 5,10,15, and even 20+ years!
