I'd just like to give Regton a huge shout out. They don't just supply detectors. They supply pretty much everything you need to get set up in the field. But did you know, they have an exceptional stock of metal detecting related books and magazines? Fabulous friendly staff always willing to help and give you the time of day. Expert advice from a knowledgeable team who devote themselves to everything metal detecting. If in doubt, call the Regton guys. Highly recommend 👌

Absolutely useless.
I paid for my item on Saturday with next day delivery so expecting it Tuesday.
Didn’t arrive so I called up to see if there was a reason and I was met with some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced.
He told me payment was pending and there was nothing he could do. He then told he’s cancelling it and to ‘go elsewhere and buy it’ then pretty much put the phone down on me.
Horrendous customer service.
So I’ve gone back to LP Metal detecting who I usually use and they are 100% better. Amazing service always so helpful and delivery is free and next day service.
IMHO avoid Regton go elsewhere.

Will be using these guys for all my metal detecting needs in the future. They were the only shop to actually provide me with the specific part I needed for my detector without telling me that "XP do not sell these pieces separately" they provided me the item I needed at there own expense and gave me a great deal. 5* Regton.
