Absolutely brilliant! Had a problem with a leaking soil stack. I have no plumbing experience, Mel at Reliance offered me his expertise and know how. He told how to do it, what I would need. He was so confident that I’d be able to do it he said “if you can’t do it, I’ll come round and do it when I finish!” No over selling just good quality, helpful advice. This is how customer service SHOULD be done! This will be my first stop in the future and my only recommendation to anyone that asks.

Really helpful and amazing customer service in this day and age Massively helped us out with a plumbing problem we were experiencing. They carry a huge stock with competitive prices and very helpful advice that you would never get from other stores. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great advice which helped me sort a water supply issue to my oil boiler. Their expert knowledge and supply of an inexpensive part meant I could quickly sort and fix the fault and have my heating up and running.

This is a little gem of a shop. It’s hidden away a bit on the globe industrial estate but I only ever go here for my plumbing bits and pieces. Always get the right things as the guys make sure you don’t waste your money. That tells me they aren’t robbing you blind!!!!! Please use this shop!
