We had a heat pump and underfloor heating system installed by REN some years ago. It has generally been satisfactory although the thermostat that was installed was not up to date even then and will require a substantial amount to be spent to get to what is required.When I recently contacted them for help with maintenance they no longer do this work nor could give any advice how to find this help. I understand they do not deal with this system now but they should have had a database to let customers know, this would have been quite acceptable and what you expect for customer service when we spent a considerable amount of money on the system

Company booked accommodation in two of our properties. In one of the properties they caused damage to the floor & the linen. Had to get professionals in to fix the damage. Refused to pay for the damage as they said they should not pay because it was accidental. Avoid this company at all costs.
