Renew East are knowledgeable and professional. Had them to service our air source heat pump and heating. They did an excellent job and really listened to me explain the problems I was having with the system. This is a new house and the original installers made a couple of errors, which thankfully Renew East managed to troubleshoot. We had been having problems with our heating for 2 plus years and couldn't get it sorted, we were introduced to Luke at 'Renew East' and asked if he would look at it for us, thank god we did. They came out, it did take 3/4 days to put things right, and they did it, its only been a few days since they were here but everything is running 10 times better than before. Price wise very reasonable.
