I was very sceptical regarding work being undertaken with "no charge" in my home but with the current cost of heating it made this less of a choice and more a necessity to make our home more efficient. I spoke with the team who explained the changes that would be made to achieve greater efficiency. For us this was window vents, kitchen/bathroom extractors, cavity wall insolation, loft insolation and new boiler.
Within 2 weeks of first contact, the full works had been completed!
The guys were extremely good with tidying up after themselves and all the work I can see looks very well carried out.
Previously when using the heating at different times, the smart meter would show nearly £2 per hour usage for gas but over the last 2 weeks I've not seen higher than 0.96p with the new boiler. Not only that, it's noticeably warmer for longer!
I've taken the time to write the review because I can imagine others out there with their own home will be put off by the "free" part of this as I was. Honestly I couldn't recommend this enough, this has made a huge difference to our home.
