Great team to work with at Renewable Clean Heat. They installed a new air source heat pump to replace our old inefficient gas boiler and hooked it up with some of the other smart home devices, and helping making the most of our solar generation. They were so helpful with all of my (many) questions! Really happy with service we've had and great to see our bills dropping as soon as everything was up and running.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. Came out and surveyed the property and gave extremely helpful advice on the types of equipment that best suited the property, potential set-up and sizing of the equipment and were able to answer any questions I had.

Came and surveyed the property for doing the radiator design and sizing of the heat pumps which matched the initial quote/ survey (2 off 10kw air source heat pumps). Finalised positioning of the air pumps and new tanks and ensured best location for both was selected.

Job started when arranged and finished 1 day earlier than initially planned. Large job with 2 pumps, 20 radiator changes, valve changes on all 28 radiators and removal of 2 water tanks and replaced with new 240l water tank, 100 litre buffer (header) tank, plate exchanger and expansion vessels. Dealt with all issues that presented themselves with the old installation and quickly resolved them including radiators which were meant to be reused but couldn't due to the air valves being chewed.

Overall an excellent experience and would recommend to anyone looking to install green technology in their home for heating and hot water.

Superb service from Renewable Clean Heat, but more importantly, the after service has been top notch. Very happy with our installation and the team who installed it. The system has been super quiet thankfully as we asked for it to be installed outside our spare bedroom window! Highly recommended.

Spoke with a few installers of air source heat pumps and I was most impressed with the knowledge and detail from Renewable Clean Heat, this helps because you speak directly to the engineers that will be performing the installation and not via a sales person.
I have now been running with our new heating system for over a year now with no issues to report. My initial concern when changing to an air source heat pump was if the water temperature and pressure would be high enough for our rain shower heads, I am pleased to report that after the change the temperature and pressure was better than what we could achieve from our old LPG boiler.

We had also requested radiator location changes during our installation works and the renewable clean heat team also performed this in the same time frame as was originally quoted. I believe I have made a significant improvement / investment in our house and the Renewable Clean Heat team have delivered.

I would recommend that you contact Renewable Clean Heat if you are serious about changing to a cleaner, more efficient heating system.

Renewable Clean Heat surveyed my property and gave me clear and honest guidance on size and suitability of a heat pump to replace my existing boiler etc. The installation was carried out on time with care and professionalism. They are also good fun to work with. I would certainly recommend this company if you are considering a heat pump installation. Great job!

After calculations follow a long site visit it was decided that a heat pump (became 2 due to delays in the larger one) would supply all the heat and hot water we would need for our extended old scottish detached cottage. We increased our insulation and replaced an outside door - the rest of the doors and windows were modern upvc d/g. Due to the difficulties in refitting all the pipe work and radiators (anticipated) the job took basically a week, at the end of which we switched off our old LPG, let the fire go out and the house have never been warmer in 39 years complete with savings in gas cost and the purchase of wood. The installation team were extremely professional and consulted us at all stages clean neat and very tidy. I cannot recommend Renewable Clean Heat highly enough - they are one of the local firms who really understand the systems and also just as importantly get the calculations for heat output right.👍

The whole service delivery experience from the Renewable Clean Heat team was excellent from the initial visit, subsequent assessment and installation. The guys are totally transparent: providing honest, practical advice and a first class installation. These are real systems engineers who know what they are doing....and a nice bunch to have around as well.

John and the team were great and installed everything with minimal disruption. So far so good with the heat pump (Vaillant Aerotherm plus 10kwh), producing plenty of hot water as needed. It's still summer so too soon to say how the heating will be, but I'm quite excited for winter this year to test it all out fully!
