Jason and his team provided a very supportive and friendly service, fitting the system in a day and leaving no mess. They sorted out a couple of minor issues and helped me to learn how to get the best out of the panels, inverter and batteries. After nearly two years, I am very pleased with my solar system and happy to be able to sell the surplus to the grid.

I had very specific requirements and a house with flat roofs that most solar installers wouldn't touch. Res+ plus listened, advised, and while they weren't able to install a system exactly as I'd imagined, they were able to do a great job. Undoubtedly the easiest and most willing tradespeople I have ever worked with. Any issue I had was immedialtely addressed and they went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. Great experience and I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience. Installed quickly and nothing but polite and professional. It was lovely to see how friendly and swift the installers, salespeople and admin people are to get back to any queries. Extremely satisfied with the product and would recommend. Completely transparent from the offset about stock delays from Outside the UK which were outside of anyones control and really kept me in the loop about availability and install dates. This really did make it feel like they went above and beyond.

After what was a poor start from the office staff I feel it is only right to update my review as once my issues with the office staff and lack of communication were corrected by Jason to a satisfactory conclusion. I now have a fully working and compliant system. that is well fitted and is doing the job as promised. Jason the owner made sure that all the actions I had pointed out were corrected on time and took a personal approach. as i always say its not if you get a problem its how the company deal with it and Jason went above and beyond to ensure it was corrected and could not be more apologetic. Fair Play to him and his team so I have updated my Review as i feel it is only the fair thing to do. I would fully recommend this company and intend to no pass there details over to my neighbour who wishes to have panels installed on there property

We were more than pleased with our installation. Paul and Courtney handled all our queries very promptly and efficiently, the scaffolders took great care of our new decking as requested, and the installers Matt and Matt did a superb job with the installation. The whole process took less than 3 weeks from start to finish and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
5 stars well deserved.

Very happy with whole experience from initial enquiry to installation. Stephen , who came out to do the initial assessment and quote, was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions clearly and there was no pressure at all. The information provided was clear and easy to understand and we were happy to go ahead. The installation took place just a few weeks later and Reece and Charlie were also excellent. Very friendly , took great care and cleaned everything up after they had finished. They even moved the furniture back in place for us. They also made a fuss of my dog and didn’t mind him trying to “help” !
I would highly recommend this company and we are delighted with our solar panals

Very unprofessional company to deal with. The installers are great, the back office, customer service and aftersales are appalling. They do not deliver what they promise and then lie to get out of honouring their commitments. Do not waste your money on this company, go to a bigger company which shows reviews. You wont be let down like I was.
