We run a certified Carbon neg guesthouse and this is final bit of our eco journey.
Fully reccommend, they do not fit and runaway but are there for aftersales support and help

I had my solar battery system installed and found that the company explained everything before hand and the installation was quick and efficient, he even removed all the rubbish and took it away with him. He also explained in detail about the use of the mobile app. Any problems after the installation was answered promptly and efficiently.

Great friendly team at the office and good communication. Installation was very quick and the system works very well. My biggest concern was if the heating pump outside was going to be noisy, I need not have worried as you can hardly hear it.

avoid that company! I had my heating pump installed 3 years ago. I had problems with them to provide me all the nessesery documentation to be abble to recive a grant for Ofgem for installing heating pump. Few months ago I had an audit from Ofgem and they said that my EPI certificate which has been made by renewafuel before instalation is not right, the roof isolation was not enugh and they stopped my paiment. I had to make roof isolation and new EPI. Now the Ofgem decide that the old EPI certificate contained distortions regarding the quality of insulationthey reduce paiment and I have to give them money back s they paid too much. I blaim the Renewafuel and their employe for the intentional action to my detriment in completing the EPI certificate.

Recently had Solar Panel and battery system installed. The process was so easy and i was kept informed throughout the process. As i was keen to have a system installed the process only took 7 days from start to finish. I had already recieved quotes for a system from other suppliers but Renewafuels proposal provided me with a higher spec system at a lower price.

From the initial visit and quote, the verification by a visit from an independent engineer to verify the quote was reasonable to the installation of new inverter and 5kw battery and run through of the app. All the staff we that we have been in contact with including Kelly, Robert, Chris and Luke they have all been efficient, helpful and friendly.
