We had an excellent experience from beginning to end, very happy with our solar panels. Mark and James provided outstanding advice, support and guidance throughout the process. Communication was a top priority, and we never felt ignored or neglected; any questions or concerns were addressed right away. The guys who came to do the installation Jake and Dave were professional and polite, which is rare in today's environment. Wow, what a team. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation. I contacted Simply Eco after looking at several companies who were doing the free boiler offer. My boiler was so old and the house would not get warm. After sending some pics of my boiler and fitting the criteria I had a survey done and was passed for a boiler and also loft insulation. Everything went smoothly, a very nice Father and Son team came to insulate the loft, they were very polite and left no mess. The boiler men were also efficient at their job and were all done by 2.30pm. I would recommend Simply Eco as they kept me informed at all times.

Renewagen installed our solar system with professionalism. The installers were polite and helpful and the two minor queries we had were soon explained. Our battery went offline shortly after installation but a team member came out at 7:00 the next day and fixed it. Excellent service and would recommend the company.

Hi,
I am only too pleased to report on your company.the two men who did the insulation in the loft, father and son I believe, were excellent, they covered the stairs and landing with dust sheets and cleaned up afterwards, As regards to the boiler installation they did a great job, the pipework was neat and tidy and with no flux residue left any where, Liam was the fitters name i believe.
I am a retired heating engineer so you can imagine i had some reservations but they were quickly dispersed.
All in all i could not be more pleased with what you have done for me and would recommend your company gladly

The installation and delivery of the system was quicker than I expected. All work done efficiently with no disruption to my daily activity. Mark also explained in detail all aspects related to the solar system amd the follow up to make sure everyrhing was running as efficient as possible.

From the start to finish, it was very easy process. I just called to simply eco then gave them photo of my boiler. They then booked for assessment then loft insulation, extraction fan then boiler installation. I choose to pay extra for 30kw boiler but it's worth the money.
