Worst company handman is broke my wardrobe even didnt used screws 6 of them was missing the door fall on my wife hand you guys lucky didnt fall on any of my kid.That could be very serius damege.So do your job proper or dont do it its not a joke.

Do not bother you don't get what you are paying no one is trained and no one is professional at there job they get 16 to 17 year olds in give them no training and just send them out you not get the right amount of people you are paying for or any vehicle that you have ordered for your move more would be broken then how you last saw it

If you are moving house only half of your thing will survive the other half will be broken and they will not compo you your money back or replace what they have broken

If you are a business look somewhere else you will not get what you are paying for at all go to crown instead

I have been asked to take down this review as and I quote this is true it could do too much damage to the company's reputation and the answer is no it will stay up as they had someone turn up and a family funeral to ask me this they have no morals

The service provided by Michael Spence and Harrow Green was exceptional, their team were polite, professional and very hardworking. Even when faced with a last minute emergency due to the lift in our new office being out of action for the move Harrow Green were able to mobilise additional staff at short notice to ensure our move went ahead without any issue or delay, the team transported and physically carried our office contents up 5 floors without a single item being damaged and the furniture was reassembled perfectly. The communication and contact with them before and after the move was also excellent. I would highly recommend Harrow Green to any business looking for assistance in their relocation.

The team was very professional, efficient and friendly! Normally, a house move can be very stressful but, Harrowgreen team made it very smooth. I have a experienced a couple of house removals with other companies within London, all got me so stressed and disappointed. If you are moving in/out , definitely use Harrowgreen! It is so much worth on every penny! 🙂

Atrocious - avoid at all costs.
You will be lied to, not just misled, in-person / directly and outright, regarding the services RHG provide.

The tone of their communication became worse the farther up the corporate heirarchy I was put in contact by. Ending with the most utterly condescending email / written communications I have ever received, let alone as part of a 'business' dialogue and even more as a customer.
Especially if it is a one-off / you are a small business, please, for your own piece of mind, use - any - other company.

Drug users alcoholics and that's just the office stuff and the road crews are no better these are no professionals the money you pay to these guy's you may as well piss it up the wall

They take your money and will not give you what you paid for and when you question it they get all up themselves and you will never get you money back that all

They buy out other companies and take all of there awards and put they name on them Restore harrowgreen haven't actually won anything that all they basically buy there awards just to make themselves look better then everyone else

This company needs to rethink who they are hiring as drivers, aggressive driving from the van seen in the photos attached.

I was coming up to a merge where you can clearly see I have a space to move in when one of your drivers decides to accelerate to block me intentionally! Nearly causing an accident, and for what reason Trying to police the roads to how they want it to be.

Number plate of van YP65 HVV, this happened on 10/09/21 at 9:31 AM (Timestamp in screenshot is an hour behind) in Camberley, Surrey.

I highly recommend you have a chat with the drivers involved and remind them that they are dragging your company's name in the dirt with their poor driving in a marked van.
