Very unprofessional behaviour of field staff. I had a pickup scheduled at dd colony on 23 nov at 7 pm.i was called up by the field staff at 6.30 pm ..aking me to wait for the pick up van which could be 15 mins late.Mr.Kaleem asked me to cancel my other appointments and wait for the pickup for 30mins....which I did ...but they never turned up ,
Nor were they responsible enough to let me know the change in their plans.
Next day 12 pm they call up saying my pick up was for Sunday and not Saturday..while another msg was requesting for excuse Saturdays cancellation.This is. Abject neglect and irresponsible conduct
this has been a repeated irresponsible behaviour.They cancel scheduled pick ups with no info offered to the client who may be waiting at the pickup point..They speak very politely at scheduling time ,but have least respect for the time being invested by the client while processing the pickup.The app is a very very useful intersting and customer friendly offering..but the field staff are really killing the brilliant business idea.if this unprofessional behaviour of the field staff continues with no attention paid by the ones in incharge....In no time this business too will bite the dust and fail.I strongly recommend all Fellow users to please not use this service.

I had recently relocated and my washing machine got damaged during the transit. Also i had lots of carton boxes which was used for packaging. In a new city i was not sure how to dispose off the scrap. Came across reuze online and approached them. In a very professional way they contacted me and confirmed the date and time of pick up. Came exactly on time and without any hassle collected everything, All the details are clearly updated in their website and paid me the exact amount as mentioned , immediately. Great work reuse

Worst Service Ever, They don't care about customers; they are very arrogant. I had a pickup scheduled on 27th OCT 2024, it's been more than 10 days due, till now they have not come to pickup or even bothered to call and enquire. The support executive in WhatsApp has no clue where their pickup truck is, they tell some cock and bull stories for their mistakes and go incommunicado. I even tried to call their customer support #s , they either cut the calls or mostly never answer the calls. They have big claims of picking up scrap like mattresses, but in reality they will ask you to pay for private transport, stating there is no value to the scrap item , so the customer have to pay for the private transport, this is unlike what they have mentioned in the FAQ. Their business ethics are scrappy and unpredictable, and I would highly recommend staying away the moment you sense the redflag. If they schedule for a pickup it doesn't mean they will turnup!

TO ME, THE VALUE REUZE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE PROVIDED WAS LESS THAN THE SCRAP VALUE !

Called them to collect a used mattress... they only want good stuff for free, refused to pickup my king size spring mattress because it was a little scraped off.
Use them only if u want to sell something...

Hygiene has nothing to do with it... they picked-up a different mattress from me which was older and more used than this one, but since there were no scrape-marks on it, I am guessing they could've done some fixer upper and sold it to someone else.
I had raised a request to sell it initially (which is an option in the app), but they called and said, we only take free stuff (which I agreed to, since I had another mattress coming and didn't have space to keep this spare one).

First time experience was good. They came and collected the scrap.
Second time, pick up was not done on time and kept extending the pickup time.
They said one of the items that can be picked up is a sofa, however they later refused to pick up the item. Their app & website is misleading and it still shows that pick up sofa item. I can’t keep following up with them and eventually I gave up.

Excellent service to the society. Picked up the scrap items on time as mentioned. Payment is also done on the spot after categorically weighing the items Earlier I had no information how to dispose electronic waste. Reuze I found good source for recycling all kinds of the waste using eco friendly methods professionally.
