My husband and l (a couple of oldies) went into store today as having problems downloading photos from phone to Chromebook, the gentleman in store (sorry didn't get his name) talked us through where we were going wrong and even wrote instructions down for us, refused to take any payment. Got home and everything worked, was so pleased as had been struggling all week. We really appreciated his help and would recommend anyone with a problem to visit the store, kindness goes a long way.

Called at 13.32 with an issue with my WiFi driver. By 14.00 it was all fixed. Really kind gentleman helped, explained what he did, and fixed the issue. Because it only took him seconds to fix, it was free of charge. So grateful. Would highly recommend.

Been twice now, once a few years ago to replace the hard drive on my old laptop and again recently to remove a stuck ethernet cord in my current laptop which was done for free. Great service and friendly staff. 100% recommended 👌🏽

I had an issue with my Surface Book 2 and the service I received at Revitalised IT was top class. I could not fault at all.

Prior to finding somewhere, I'm weary some companies will try to rip you off. Revitalized IT was not one of these places and gave me good attention and time to fixing my laptop.

The fella was extremely knowledgeable and gave my partner and I great advice. He even got what I needed within a day to allow my laptop to resume running once more. Very fast and speedy service.

Personally, if I ever have a problem with any of my devices, I will not hesitate to come back. The shop is located in the town of Wellingborough, extremely easy to get to and within a populated area.

Thank you much for your time and support, it is very much appreciated. I now have a working laptop for Christmas!! Thank you!!

Amazing service, went in with my charging port broken( well so I thought so) and within 5 minutes the gentleman and cleaned it and got it working again, very polite and helpful, he also didn’t charge for this service which I am very grateful for! Excellent, would definitely recommend!!
