I'm extremely happy with the level of service I received. Thank you so much! You've saved our lives! The customer service was excellent and the collection was on time.

When my father passed away ten years ago he left my mother with a ton of old IT equipment (PC towers, an old Amiga, monitors, external hard drives, hundreds of cables and a whole variety of peripherals). We got all the family photos etc off the devices but were then left with the huge problem of how to dispose of everything safely. There must have been about 80 kg (9 or 10 bin bags full) of equipment and we knew that it was mostly redundant technologically speaking.

We couldn't just throw it in a skip in case it contained private or personal data. I'm so glad that we found Revive IT.

I was worried that they wouldn't take all our equipment as there was so much of it but I rang ahead on the day of collection and it was fine. They use very large Mercedes Sprinter vans and are more than capable of helping you if you give them as much information as you can about the amount of stuff you're sending beforehand.

Overall, it's a massive relief! My mother was living in a tomb of my father's stuff for a grand total of ten years. Now she can redecorate and move on with her life. Thank you so much!

What a great company!! They were kind enough to arrange a DHL courier (free of charge) to collect my old laptops and printer and have disposed of them accordingly. They have provided me with a data destruction certificate. They have been super helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend using this company. Thank you for all of your help!
