Great service, these guys know what they're talking about. Counter staff are excellent and always happy to see you. Love the click and collect service, it makes picking up much simpler. Jamie and Hayley are absolute babes and John has lovely long arms.

I have never been in a trade counter where the service and staff attention to customers has been so poor. When you walk in staff barely acknowledge your existence, if at all. The trade counter is often devoid of staff, however, there are many staff beyond the trade counter sitting at desks. These desk jockeys almost never acknowledge customers in the trade counter and rarely alert other staff to your presence. If I could leave zero stars I would. It's safe to say that I've used this Rexel store for the last time!
