I have used RFW Plumbing for a number of years to carry out boiler servicing and other general plumbing works. They have always been responsive, very professional, and courteous from the initial contact to the completion of the job by their plumbers. RFW is a family business that actually cares about the level of service and quality of work they carry out. Last used January 2024. Charges are sensible and transparent. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm to you.

Absolutely delighted with RFW - one call to Richie after being let down by 2 local plumbers and he was at my grandad's house within an hour and resolved the problem immediately and without complication. Followed up with on site photos, a phone call to discuss the issue and further advice. Can't recommend this company highly enough - prompt, efficient, professional and great value. Wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again in the future!

We used RFW for a recent boiler installation and were so pleased with the work they did. The work was completed in 2 days with very minimal disruption, and real consideration at all times-Dave proactively tidied up at an extra point in the day before I picked my children up from school so it was safe and clear for them. They also made sure they took the time for me to understand the controls and how to use the app the control the heating. I would highly recommend them- it's really great to know we have a reliable and trustworthy company we can use for services and repairs in the future.

If I treated my legal clients as RFW have treated me, I’d have no business!

They were delighted to take £5,000 to install my new boiler but not to service it this year to keep the guarantee valid.

I’ve been fobbed off trying to get RFW to do the annual boiler service to keep the guarantee valid since December 2022 with “I’ll call you back” and “give me a shout next week to arrange”, “I’m with a customer”.

I attribute this to last year RFW servicing the boiler and it losing pressure immediately thereafter. They initially tried to say I had a radiator leak, but the problem only began immediately after the boiler service - there was no leak. Eventually boss Rich came out the third time and corrected the fault which was caused by incorrect refitting of a part removed during the boiler service!

They clearly didn’t like the hassle of having to put their work right.

My Boiler is now one month past the service interval as a result of being fobbed off by RFW and them not servicing it. Sadly, other companies are currently too busy to service it. RFW have let me down.

If ever Worcester refuse to honour the guarantee as a result, thankfully I have the legal know how to claim against RFW. And will surely do so.

Highly recommend RFW Ltd. They have just replaced our boiler and we were very impressed with their workmanship and knowledge. I have cancelled my service contract with OVO Energy and will get these guys to service my boiler from now on.

The whole process of RFW working on our boiler was excellent. After calling the office, who were very helpful and proactive , an engineer was arranged to come out and fix our boiler. The enginner turned up on time and was very courteous, Our boiler was fixed with no problems at all
10/10 service and i would highly recommend RFW
