Disappointing experience — inaccurate closing time and rude staff

We visited RGE Recycles in Rochester on a Friday after checking their website, which clearly states they close at 5:00 PM. We arrived at 4:38 PM, well within the stated hours, only to be told they were already closed and had stopped accepting customers from 4:30 PM.

Not only was this not mentioned anywhere on their website or signage, but the staff member we spoke to was also extremely rude and unhelpful. As customers, we expect accurate information and at least a basic level of courtesy, neither of which we received.
