This info are for HGV drivers:
The location fro Google maps is accurate there is unit 4 and 3 .
If you are going in to inside through the security gate there is a buzzer rang if no body answers turn left park close to the fence there is driver office,the place has toilets for driver I'm not sure for the canteen.

Got loaded within 30 mins really good lads. Only down side is having to wait outside to talk to a little box. So much for human interaction. Luckily it wasn't raining. Why you can't just walk through the door and actually talk to the person face to face. But then again we're only drivers. NOT 😤

I have been waiting for a month for Rhenus to deliver my armchair. Twice I have arranged a date with them and told to expect a text the day before to confirm a time slot. On both occasions, I did not receive a text, and when I ring them to enquire what time they are coming, I am told that according to their system I cancelled the delivery the day before. Which I did not.
So frustrating as I work on 2 out of 3 of their delivery days, so I've had to rearrange other appointments to be available to fit in with them. Clearly some sort of issue with their system but they won't accept it (which implies I'm lying!!!) and are doing absolutely nothing to try to resolve it. I have to go to the back of the queue, and wait until they are in my area again, and because I've now moved all my other appointments, I can't be there on the next date - so potentially another couple of weeks at least!!! (I've already waited 4 months for the actual item to come into stock!!) And no doubt my delivery will be mysteriously 'cancelled' again!!!! Absolutely awful service.

The worst customer service EVER!

Terrible company that doesn't care at all about its customers. This company was sending me text messages telling me when my home furniture order was going to be delivered and even on the day sending ETA messages about when the driver would be here. Only after not turning up an hour after when they said they would - I called the office and spoke to two different customer services girls ( I rang twice as the first girl ignored the problem and didn't even bother to call me back), both girls I spoke with were totally inexperienced to deal with the situation and just kept on saying "I don't know" everytime I asked questions on what was going to be done. It turns out the problem is 100% their fault for not cancelling the automated texts to me - an error from their team but still no apology or solution. Totally shocking and still I am left in the dark with no resolution. When I asked to speak with a manager, that was also denied, telling me they would just say the same thing (which in this case was "I don't know"). Poor, rude, inexperienced, abrupt and no idea how such an incompetent business is still trading if this is the way they work.
