My last encounter was horrible! My wife and I have done business with you for a while now, but I’m disappointed. I had a brand ne blazer cleaned and I got it back with a missing button and a botched stitch job on another. This was an out of town outfit which caused me to spend more money at my seamstress before leaving town. I spoke with the person in the store and called management, however I haven’t received a call back after leaving a detailed message about my experience. Again my wife and I have spent a good deal of money on dry cleaning with you. Very unsatisfied. Where’s the appreciation?

I’ve been using this dry cleaner for about three months, and the service has been superb. Maria, in particular, has been incredibly personable and attentive. She goes above and beyond to ensure my clothes are perfectly cleaned, even offering to run two garments through the cleaning process again when they had stubborn stains. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch service and a friendly experience.

I brought three items for cleaning. Only one was returned to me and the other two were lost. Moreover the automated email service kept on stating that all items are ready for pickup and that caused me coming over three times to the store only to be informed that they have not found the items. Eventually after 10 days and my repeated follow-ups (often with the promise of call backs but without any) I received a claim form to fill up for my lost items. This was my first time using Rick’s services and I am extremely disappointed not only because of Rick’s employees losing my items but also because of the way they followed up with me throughout the ordeal as well the misleading automated emails that were sent to me.

Just picked up my usual …. laundered shirts with heavy starch… always a quality job at the Brodie store. Been a customer for 10 years. Now twice my laundered shirts were done before the deadline! They now have a text system to inform me… just keeps getting better! Friendly professional employees at the counter … thank you!

They are the worst. They don’t deserve any stars. They lost a silk skirt and will not take accountability for it. The management is not responsive. This was the 2nd item of mine that they have lost in the past year and a half. If you value your items, this is not the place to take them. To add insult to injury, they didn’t even refund me for the charge to clean it. ( You prepay when dropping off)
I’m not sure why anyone would use them. By the way, we were longtime customers. It seems like my only recourse is leaving a review or filing in small claims court.

Company ruined a $1100 jacket. In which case I asked the prior if they could handle cleaning velvet and to please be extra careful. I took home noticed the velvet was messed up. They said I could just have someone iron it. I called a tailor and sent a picture of the damage item for them to tell me it’s been wet and it’s ruined and can’t be fixed. Mind you I was suppose to be wearing this jacket to my own wedding. The president sent me an email asking if I wanted a used jacket from someone off Poshmark. I bought my new jacket at YSL store and it’s worth 3000$. They sent it out to get it fixed. Didn’t get back to me for months. Dragged on the process for 6 months. I didn’t have the jacket for my wedding so I had to purchase a different one. Just for them to tell me it’s a manufactured defect when my jacket didn’t have a defect until it was placed in their hands. Now they don’t want to replace or refund me for my purchased amount.

So now I will have to get legal involved to resolve my issue. Absolutely terrible customer service, they ruin your stuff and then blame it on the manufacturer so they don’t have to pay. This is the second item of clothing they messed up for me. And the first one was a 500$ shirt where they put a hole in the middle of it. I let it go and asked them to not do that again.

I would not recommend anyone dealing with this company for any of your cloths. If they mess something up they will try to find another issue to blame so they don’t have to replace your item. Then they will give you the run around for months. I will be seeking a lawyer so they are forced to right their wrong. Don’t be like me don’t go here unless you want your items ruined and to not be helped.

To respond you your message.

All of those steps that you took is a step you should take when you ruined someone’s item. Secondly just because you took the steps and it still resulted in me with a 1100$ jacket that was ruined. Your options to send it to tailor were in vain, you did not fix my item nor did you refund my money. The offer to replace the item with an item in Poshmark that is USED and can not be verified its authenticity does not mean you are giving me an equal valued item.

You ruined my wedding, you took half a year to get me a solution that is ultimately leaving me without a jacket and down 1100$. You are not a hero here for doing basic steps of fixing a wrong. Also you didn’t even give me a solution. Also by reading your reviews here it’s not the first time you blamed it on a manufacture defect. This is a perfect example of what your company does. You ruined peoples items and if the item is too expensive you well make us run around in circles to not fix the issue. The item was ruined in your hands at your company. My item did not look that way when I left it with you. Take responsibility for your actions as a company and seeing as you refuse to. You force customers in seeking legal help. I will be doing so and your future customers will see how you treat people who are having their items damaged and your company refuses to right it’s wrong. Again folks don’t be like me because this is the explanation you get when they ruin your items on the biggest day of your life such as at my wedding.

Recently I have been sewing several embroidery pieces for Christmas presents. I am always confident that you will clean them and block them carefully, so I can frame them. Thanks you

I took six designer pieces, each worn only once, to Rick's Cleaners. Unfortunately, three of them came back ruined. I received compensation for the pants, and the sweater with a hole was repaired. However, for the $300 cardigan, I was told it was a manufacturing issue. My beautiful, feather-light cardigan came back looking like it had been washed in hot water and then machine dried, resulting in a stiff, felt-like texture and an unwearably, child-like small size. The other items were merely pressed, not washed, and still had stains and pieces of food on them.
It's a real shame because the staff at this location are very nice, but their process is clearly flawed. If you have items that aren't very expensive, you might want to take a chance and see how they turn out. However, if you have something valuable, I recommend going elsewhere.
