I just had a new boiler fitted by the team at River Tay Heating, led by Reuben. They take a huge amount of pride in their work and even my loft ladder installation guy remarked on the very neat job they’d done. It was no easy task as they relocated from the kitchen to the loft space, to give me more room. I couldn’t be happier. So much so, they are coming back to fit new designer radiators for me. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Reuben and team for all your heating requirements.

The same day my boiler broke, I had David up checking what the issue was in just a matter of hours after calling up. Just after 2 days of having no heating, my new boiler was installed which was carried out by David and I couldn’t be happier. He takes such pride in is work and it really shows.
A day or so after having the new boiler was fitted, I was having trouble getting hot water through my bath tap but again that was quickly resolved and without needing any actual work done on it.

I chose River Tay Heating based on their excellent reviews I saw online and I was not disappointed. The service I got from start to finish was unmatched and I would 100% recommend both Reuben and David to anyone.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Reuben came out to provide a quote on the day I called and beat the quote we were given from British Gas to replace/convert our old boiler to a combi system.

The installation went very smoothly with the new combi boiler installed on day one so we were without hot water for only a day. Reuben also disposed of our old water tank whilst installing a small radiator to keep our airing cupboard warm.

We also ended up with a small leak on an old valve under one of the sinks which Reuben also sorted free of charge.

Would highly recommend River Tay Heating and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

Reuben proved to be pleasant, punctual, very tidy worker and completed our job quickly and most satisfactorily. He kept us informed whilst working and therefore we will move forward to having his company do our yearly gas maintenance plan in place of British Gas whom we have been with for many years but due to BG main call centre having been been relocated outside of the UK we have chosen to stay closer to home. On short notice Reuben from River Tay Heating visited my elderly grandparents. He removed a radiator in the entrance hall way at the base of the stairs to make way for a stair-lift that was being installed the following day. He returned the following week to fit a new modern vertical radiator with better output on the only available narrow wall space left in the hallway.
He even stopped to sit down and have a coffee (at their insistence) to have a wee blether. At no point did he make the job seem rushed even though he was very prompt and didnt make them feel as though they were just another job for the day on the days he visited. They've been singing his praises ever since and have been trying to think of other jobs that he could do around the house.
Very tidy, punctual, pleasant, and the consummate professional!
