Came to this store for the first time and I must say the customer service is absolutely amazing. The shop it self is welcoming! The staff were all really helpful, I want to personally thank Alfie who served us and helped us, his customer service skill was excellent.

Definitely recommend others to come here for garden furniture and much more.

The car parking is free for customers.

I’m seriously impressed with the service off these guys. Ordered a new Weber with a load of accessories and it was delivered next day with superb updates and tracking. If ya considering an online Weber purchase don’t go anywhere else 10/10

Disappointed to find out that the WHOLE BBQ section is now going/gone. They said they will only be stocking garden furniture - once the remaining BBQ selection has gone (of which there was very little stock remaining). Shame as it stocked everything you could ever need - massively disappointing.

Chris in the Hertford store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My order took quite some time between purchase and shipment (which meant I didn't have a BBQ in time for a party I planned 10 days after ordering) but hey ho all items arrived as described!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were torn between two Whitestores dining sets and they helped us extend both and let us mess around with all the various configurations. Delivery was great, and on time. Would definitely recommend.

Placed an order on Saturday, they didn’t send it, Wednesday they email me to tell me they don’t have everything I ordered in stock, they still don’t send it. Friday they email again to say now more stuff is out of stock. Avoid this “business” if you’d like to get the order you’ve paid for in any reasonable timeframe. Go with Riverside if you like to have no idea what of your order you’re going to receive and when.
