After joining Utility Warehouse back in 2016, I ran into several problems to do with my internet after my distributer moved away. I had known Richard for a while at that point so asked for help. Richard very kindly took time to call head office and sort the issues out even though I wasn’t his client and was always on hand from that day on if I had a query which happened a few more times.
Richard also fitted a water conditioner to the pipe in my former flat to help with my washing machine, as I lived in a hard water area. It had already been replaced once by my landlord, so I wanted to avoid another replacement. I immediately noticed a difference and the washing machine went on to serve me well for another three years until I left the property. I really do recommend that you get the conditioners fitted, much cheaper to run than a certain brand of water softener, given that the initial cost is the only outlay and results are almost instant.
Richard is a genuine friend, very experienced in all things UW as well as his conditioners who will help you as much as he can, going above and beyond to provide excellent service.
