We have been using them for over 5 years (could be as long as 11 -12 years). We've had multitude of double glazed uPVC windows and doors made to bespoke sizes.

Even if customer service can be slow at peak times, and sometimes feel a little passive, their pricing is very competitive, the quality of their product is long lasting and their turnaround time is also good. Once you've had a couple of purchases from there, you'd be happy to keep going back when you need something.

I've seen / know of a lot of people that will nearly always go here for their uPVC and similar needs.

Understanding 4.5 - 5 stars - they pick things up you may miss

Just don't expect delivery unless you are within a 1 mile radius.

Aunty was friendly, took measurements of single windows - it was cut and ready to collect within 2-hours.

Paid by cash as the payment machine wasn't working.
