Cannot recommend RL Rattray services enough especially Stevie who has carried out all our work. We moved into our home in December and unfortunately we have had various different plumbing issues including a leak into our living room ceiling. I can honestly say I haven’t dealt with a company that are more efficient! The standard of work is fantastic and all the issues have been resolved within the same day which is amazing. Had RL Rattray out to fit an outside tap for us. They turned up as promise and did a fantastic job. Even had time to look at our shower and give us options on that too. Great value for money and would highly recommend.

Used Rattray a few times now for our oil boiler. Usually have to book several weeks in advance as they only have one oil engineer, but he's a hard worker and keen to explain faults/solutions if you're interested, which I appreciate. Only gripe is the last couple of visits were unexpected - nobody phoned to confirm appointment after I put in a request online. Just coincidence I was at home both times to let him in.

What a super professional company! I am thoroughly impressed! They answered our call for help on a Sunday regarding a leaking radiator and sent us a very polite, highly knowledgeable, and very competent plumber who looked after us very well and also made sure our boiler pressure was topped up and our hot water was working.
