Ordering from this company was a farcical disaster of customer service. Purchased a light online on 7th Aug. It didn’t arrive. Phoned on the 18th to chase it, and was told the orders person would call me tomorrow. He didn’t. I called back on the 19th and was told that the fitting was out of stock with their supplier. They hadn’t thought to let me know. They said they’d send me some pictures of alternative designs that might work instead. That didn’t happen.
Called again on 24th Aug and demanded a refund, and was told that they’d already issued a refund after we spoke on the 19th, but that it may take a few days to show in my account. It didn’t.
Phoned back on 9th September and was assured that the refund had been sent. I requested a copy of the confirmation they’d have got from their merchant account, Stripe. They sent this through and it confirmed that the refund had been sent… on 9th September. Over a month from my initial order.
A little incompetence is bound to crop up now and this was downright dishonesty. Buy from somewhere else.
