Their service offering is top-notch: MOTs, workshop services, tachograph calibrations, vehicle rental, and recovery — all delivered with speed and reliability. The office team ( including Danelle, Claire, and Tracey) are friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. And the workshop crew — Peter, Jamie, Craig, and both Joes — consistently go above and beyond to get the job done right.

Had my truck booked in for the end of the month and only needed a new valve fitted to my nearside rear wheel and a new hub seal to the offside rear wheel, along with a few new parts to be added also. Took it in on the date that was allocated to me and on arrival i was met with probably the rudest guy going who had an attitude from the get go! He tried telling me that i would need a full new tyre as he wasn't willing to just replace the valve (he told me this from reception without even looking at my truck). I had a new air seat to be fitted, along with a front facing mirror and cut off switch for the batteries as i spoke to him on the phone before hand when i first made the booking and he said that was fine. He told me that if i could get the parts then it would save time (so i did) all brand new equipment still in its boxes from HGV direct & Bison parts (two very good companies). I was then told on arrival that he would not be fitting any of these parts unless they were bought through him! He even stated that he felt that myself and him were not getting on! I asked him why and he explained it was because i sighed at all the bad news he was telling me. (Sorry for not being over the moon with him wasting my time and fuel) I was then told the only thing he was willing to do was my hub seal and he didn't know wen it would be ready and wouldn't give me a date! (Its an hours job at best). I then took my keys back and took my truck to a mechanic that actually knows what he is talking about. If you are a private truck owner then i strongly dont recommend this guy as he just waffles absolute rubbish.

Absolute shocking customer service, guy at reception had a horrible attitude from the get go, very very unhelpful, I would avoid this place at all costs, other reviews must be from friends as I can’t see where this place is getting there rating from at all. Worst of the worst

Very efficient, they managed to MOT our motorhime at the last minute. The owner and staff are very friendly. We will definitely use this company again, but we will book well in advance. Thank you our festival was great and it wouldn't have happened without your help.
