made a phone call today to ask for advice re shipping documents with DHL as was a bit anxious about the process, and my friend was doing it for me. Staff who answered was super reassuring and knew procedures and delivery times really well. My friend had full support on her arrival as well. Ordered a parasol to be delivered to home but it was delivered to shop . After spending a hour on phone to parcel force who said it was delivered to the wrong address i had to contact store. Manager was no help whats so ever, basically told me i need to sort it myself. Phoned customer service and again no help at all, told me don't know why it was sent to wrong address and to re order again. first time in using Robert Dyas and not impressed with this service.

Bought 100 led lights 3 May 2021.
Online and not an exclusive they were £9.99 offer ending that day.
In the Hove branch £11.19. When pointed out to an assistant he said well u can order online and collect in an hour .
Again showed him it was not an online exclusive at the reduced price.
I pointed out that I was there now not in an hour, he said well that's what the price is!!!
I needed them to finish a project so begrudgingly purchased them.
It may only be £1.30 different, but what if they are not doing other offers at the correct price, this shop could be on the fiddle and adjusting figures after customers leave and pocketing the difference.
I am not keen to use this store any longer!
