A joy to deal with yet again, these guys are the best when it comes to after sales and technical help. Ever since I had a biomass system fitted and the installer went bust within months leaving me high and dry I contacted Robus who stepped in regarding problems which were caused by the installers yet sorted over the phone with Peter. Only three minor issues with my boiler in 6 yrs yet so simple to repair with the help and parts supply from team Robus.
After running my own business for 40yrs technical help a parts supply is something I value utmost.

Be careful if buying direct as there is no support if things go wrong with the boiler, even just after it's been installed and fails to work properly. Luckily my husband is an engineer and we managed to get it to limp on until we got new parts from Estonia!
