Had my first appointment yesterday and was extremely impressed by the service I received. The staff were all friendly and knowledgable, the waiting room was clean and comfortable and the consult room was incredibly well equipped. I left feeling very confident with a detailed treatment plan and a clear expectation of costs moving forward. I can honestly say it’s the best experience I’ve ever had a a dentist and I wish I’d gone to this practice sooner!

As a Rock Dental patient of many years standing, I cannot speak highly enough of this excellent dental practice. Everyone works as a highly efficient and professional team which is coordinated by Natalie the Practice Manager.
I first met Natalie some years ago when to me as a patient, dental implants were a phenomenon.
Natalie’s detailed explanations, her extensive knowledge of the subject and her expert guidance gave me the confidence to go ahead.
Over the years I have had six dental implants thanks to Natalie’s initial reassurance and superb customer service. Natalie gave me the confidence to go ahead and I can highly recommend implants to anyone who is interested.
Always welcoming and friendly I heartily recommend Rock Dental for excellent service regardless of which branch of dentistry is required.

I have been a patient of Rock House Dentist for over 20 years and have always had an excellent experience both with my Dentist Anoup and Hygienist Dawn. Anoup was my Dentist for many years and in recent years I now see Simran who won an accolade of Dentist of the Year.
Dawn my Hygienist is excellent in her role and ensures I keep on top of my routine.
Natalie manages the Team extremely well.
Faye has been working on the Receptionist Team, for as long as I have been attending the practise and ensures all of my appointments are booked.
The whole Team are truly fantastic – professional, friendly, and always make me feel at ease.
The care and attention they give is second to none, and their results speak for themselves.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rock House Dentist to anyone looking for high-quality dental care, in fact I always do.

Natalie kindly introduced me to the practise 5 years ago, and I haven't looked back. The team there have always been totally understanding, professional, friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental treatment!

Steve has seen my father to resize his dentures. My father is in a home and suffers from dementia so it is quite a challenging situation. Steve and the whole team made the process as seamless as possible. He explained each step of the process and was never short of time with my father and I to go into any more detail should we need to further understand anything. Steve was so patient with my father throughout.
After the impressions were taken newly refitted dentures were back within days and they were sparking clean and fitted perfectly.
I cannot recommend Steve and the team at Rock Dental highly enough.

I have been a patient at this practice for 9 years I am a very nervous patient and hadn't been to a dentist for about 15 years until I found Anoup and Dawn the hygienist who were so very patient with me they have given me the confidence to visit the dentist regularly. Been to see Dawn today really is a lovely girl and a wonderful hygienist.
