Had to get an alteration done, I dropped off on a Saturday. I asked if it could be ready by the following Wednesday, and I was told pick up would be end of day Tuesday. I arrive Wednesday morning and it hasn’t even been started. No phone call or notice that it wouldn’t be ready

DO NOT GO HERE! I’m new to the area, used this dry cleaners. They lost a $325 sweater. After a month of trying to find it and asking for “more time”. There were zero phone calls to us regarding the status update. The owner Sean made a verbal agreement with me and then went back on his word after speaking to the other own Jim. Beyond horrible experience even after giving them grace through this error.

I recommend the other cleaners in the kentwood are.

This place is absolutely horrible. Terrible customer service and extremely overpriced. Not only did they give me the wrong items, they lost the correct one and REFUSED to give me a refund. After speaking with a bunch of staff that said they would "get back to me" no one ever did. I am never going back to this place and I encourage you to steer very clear and don't waste your time and money. I can't wait for a better business to fill this space.

I have continued to take my clothing to this business hoping it would get better, but until today I realized how much of a rip off it and poor service it actually is. For starters, it is VERY VERY EXPENSIVE. Almost ludicrous expensive. $90 for 5 shirts and 3 pants! The staff is friendly but that's about the only thing I can positively say about this business. Today I opened up my fresh dry cleaned with medium starch (as I had ordered) shirts and pants to find that not only was there no starch but half of my shirts and pants weren't even pressed. They were washed and placed on a hangar. No lines on the sleeves of my shirts or even my pants. I do not mind paying for good, HONEST, quality service. But this is far from that. Do yourself a favor and drive further to a different dry cleaning service as these guys not only take your money, but also half ass their work you paid for.

These guys do a nice job. The staff is friendly, and their alterations person, Maria, does beautiful work. Their prices are not cheap, but they are reasonable if you use their coupons.

After dropping off a men’s jacket on a Monday and they said it would be ready on Thursday. I called early morning to request it for Wednesday at 5:00 pm and the service / desk person told us it would cost an additional $3. Their customer care is horrific.
