Great pharmacy serving local community and more. Staff know their customers, are welcoming, helpful and know their stuff. Always helpful and always seem to have what you need when other larger corporates don’t. Thoroughly recommend this pharmaceutical. Use your local shops or risk losing them

This Pharmacy has got to be the worst one that I have ever used. They lose prescriptions! This has happened on more than one occasion in the last few months.
They say that they don't have the prescriptions, check with doctors surgery next door who say that the prescriptions are definitely at Rowlands pharmacy. I go back to the pharmacy with this information and low and behold they find it.

Our supplier has ran out of stock. We will text you when it comes in. No text a week later. Go in to check what is happening. Surprise, surprise they now have it.
Everything is a hastle for them.

This is the best pharmacy in Hamilton, they always go over and above for my kids and I. Angela is the best pharmacist and all the staff are lovely, chatty and always helpful and entertaining for the kids. Couldn’t recommend anywhere else other than here.

I have tried to contact the pharmacy for over a week, trying several times a day at different times and the phone just goes to voice mail,I have left my details on the voice mail for them to contact me back but they never have. This is very poor service as have mobility problems and getting to the pharmacy is a struggle. I never had this problem when it was Lloyds they offered a great service.
As a major pharmacy chain their service is unacceptable and I am now thinking of changing my pharmacy, I have used this pharmacy for well over 20 years and never had a problem. If this is the service they offer I think there will be a lot of people especially people who have their regular prescription pick up may change pharmacies. I don't fault the staff as they have been great and easy to speak to on the phone. But since it has changed to Rowland you can't get a hold off them.

The staff went above and beyond to get medication for our sick son. We had spent nearly 2 hours trying to get the prescribed antibiotics in many pharmacies to no avail. They immediately offered an alternative after phoning our doctors surgery. They then waited behind after closing time so we could collect the medication that night. I will be changing to this pharmacy on a regular basis. They could teach a few other pharmacies how to provide excellent customer service .A big thank you.
