We recently used Rox Electrical to replace an extractor fan, fit an isolation switch in our garage and replace an outdoor light.

Our first contact was with Matthew who came to discuss the various works we wanted around our house. He was very helpful and made some great practical suggestions. His quote arrived swiftly.
On the day the team allocated to us arrived promptly, Matthew came to introduce them and then left them to carry out the work. They were polite and efficient. Works were completed to a high standard with minimal mess. Special mention to Jay who was here for the full two days and was managing the job. He was a pleasure to deal with.
Works included, outside sockets, a new bathroom extractor fan, and running electricity supply to outhouses.

We hired Matthew and his team to help with installing the electrics for a shower pump and updating our fuse box. Since first contact, him and his team were lovely. Matthew was quick to communicate and very personable coming to the flat. He didn't rush when he arrived to provide a free quote and was kind and informative. He gave us a few ideas that he thought was best for our circumstances and it felt like he was understanding of our budget and time as well. We were able to get Steven from his team the same week! Steven did a great job and overall we're really glad we went with them. All things considered, the job was done well and work at a price that worked in our budget. Would definitely recommend.
