We’ve been to RPM Collision more than once over the years and Patrick and his team have always taken good care of us. The time frame was exactly like he said, if not sooner. The work that was done on my husband’s truck and my car was exceptional. You would never know there had been an issue. No need to run all over town to find a place to fix your vehicle. If you want it done right from the start, this is your place. I would highly recommend.

Had my Ram 1500 repaired here after being rear ended. Responded to my email inquiry in a timely manner, easy drop off. They dealt with the supplement needed with the ins co I was dealing with and got everything approved. Everything was done in a timely manner to the best of their control. Great communication and friendly service. I would recommend to friends and family and use again if needed.

Wow what a reliable integrity based comforting experience it is to deal with Pat and the guys. I can rest knowing my vehicle repairs and complete restoration will be handled accordingly. So i took my car to Patrick because of his reputation around town, him boasting his quality work and even his 5 star reviews. Im always skeptical of companies that claim superiority over the rest but everything said “great” about the research i did. When i got my car back there were dirty rags left inside my car to start with. Then after a close detail inspection by myself as i have extreme OCD i found alot if little issues that just led me to an unhappy feeling with RPM’s work in the details department. Theres a reason they say “the devils in the details” ! Loose screws everywhere, alignment of panels wasn’t 100% in a few places. Also on a small damage spot where they attempted PDR on a dent and pushed it out till the paint cracked which infuriated me to no end and what makes it worse is who ever did it knew and just said F it. I can honestly say if your not into the correct details then their good for you. But if you seek things to be perfect as they should then stay away from them. This was my experience, take it how you wish moving forward.

Pat was a pleasure to work with. He has such an eye for detail, there was a lot of damage to both front and rear of my vehicle from a rear-end accident and he repaired the car beautifully. He was very communicative, knowledgeable and responsive through the whole process. Great local business, wouldn't go to any other body shop.
