The electrics in our new house just didn’t seem to be safe (from the main consumer unit, the garden power to the shed & summer house (which had a separate consumer unit with danger taped all over it), plus various other jobs needed doing like installing new plug sockets (inside and out) replacing a large number of light sockets (MR16 to GU10), and lots more ….)

Ross is very knowledgeable, reliable, polite and a genuinely nice guy.
His work is exceptional, and he always explains everything to you before doing the work, so you understand exactly what he is doing and you don’t get any surprises, all work is neat and tidy, and cleans up afterwards.
He also goes out of his way to help where he can if you have any urgent issues that need fixing.

Extremely pleased with all the work carried out so far and wouldn’t think twice about having him back to do further jobs.

Had all plug sockets fail on a circuit in kitchen and lounge, needed an electrician fast so dialled up and got speaking to Ross.
Ross cancelled his meal out with his wife just to attend, I said that he really didn't need to and will call another firm, Ross was professional and very friendly and insisted on attending.
After checking all the plugs and cables, Ross identified a faulty breaker on the main switch board, luckily he had some spares in his Van.
The fault was fixed and was very pleased especially for my mother-in-law who is 85.
Ross was dressed like an electrician, he had his company Logo on his top, RS Electrical.
He sounded like an electrician and definitely knows his stuff.
He had proper electricians tools and a company Van.
When Ross said what the price was, I was surprised, it was alot less than what I expected, I even offered to pay him more.
So you definitely can't go wrong with Ross

I've recently moved into a new property and wanted data + alarm cables ran, some cameras mounted and a new double socket.

Ross quickly responded to my email and took the time to read through the plan I'd drawn up. He showed me some of his previous work and I knew he was the man for the job.

Communication was great, he took the time to properly understand what I wanted and talk me through the different ways it could be achieved.

Ross completed the work to a very high standard and even filled in the chases after.

I'll definitely be using RS Electrical again in the future.

Ross came out to look at our electric underfloor heating that had stopped working. Ross immediately identified the problem and fixed it. He then tested and retested.
