Staff were very helpful.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My recent interaction with Caitlyn Redland was extremely upsetting. She was not only dismissive but outright rude and unprofessional during our phone conversation. Her tone and attitude were completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role. I expected basic courtesy and respect, and instead, I was met with hostility. This experience has severely damaged my trust in this company, and I urge management to take this matter seriously and address her conduct. No customer should be spoken to in the manner I was.
