We have just had our bathroom refitted by Rudkin & Herbert and could not be more pleased. Design suggestions and planning by Ian was inspired. Excellent tiling by Minty, who easily satisfied my husbands OCD. A massive thank you to Paul and Carl. What a team. Every night everything was left clean and tidy, they were so polite, thoughtful and a high attention to detail. Requests were listened too and expert advice was always on hand.

All the trades persons involved were friendly, polite and efficient.

The bathroom is absolutely gorgeous and the process was very smooth and uncomplicated. Would recommend highly - thank you so very much.

I recently had my bathroom upgraded, I could not have hoped for a more wonderful transformation, with the help from Rob with the plan, Paul, Karl, and Spencer the finished bathroom is outstanding, the team have been friendly helpful and a pleasure to work with.

We recently had a new bathroom and walk in shower fitted by Rudkin and Herbert who did a fantastic job. Rob was very helpful in the planning and overseeing of the whole project. We had a lot of work that was carried out, Simon the plumber had great product knowledge and went through everything with us from start to finish and also kept us updated each day. Carl who carried out the carpentry works did an excellent job, also many thanks to Spencer, Jazz and all others involved.
We would recommend Rudkin and Herbert to anyone who is looking for a new bathroom.

Excellent communication and Service
All communication with the staff was excellent. Regular updates on progress. I was told by another plumbing company that my boiler flue was too close to the window and a flue for that boiler was not available and that I would need a new boiler. Contacted Rudkin & Herbert, sent over a few pictures of the boiler and the flue. They got back to me with a quote for replacing the flue. Work was carried out on time and provided with a new Gas Safety Certificate 🙂

I left Jason to it, and couldn't believe how much work he had got through when I got home from work. I needed to replace a very old boiler and hot water cylinder, and wanted a high-quality Vaillant system which would be future-proof and could work in conjunction with an Air-Source Heat Pump at a later date. Ian visited and listened to our requirements and explained the various options.

The Rudkin & Herbert team installed the new Vaillant boiler and ASHP-compatible hot water cylinder in our garage, fitted some new radiators, TRVs and flushed the system, and connected the new system and removed all of the old system and pipes no longer needed. All with the minimum of disruption.

I was really impressed by the professionalism of the R&H team, particularly Cameron's meticulous attention to detail and very neat and tidy pipe work. It's great to see people taking such pride in their work.

Very happy with the quality of the work and end result, highly recommended.
