Great service due to the system they use and all of the updates and guidance on the service. Our rug was just too big for me to take to the cleaners so I was delighted with the collection and drop off service. I had taken a much smaller rug to the cleaners previously and the cost for a much larger rug with Rug Spa was really well priced. Thanks, highly recommend.

What a fantastic service ! I tried cleaning my rugs myself but it’s so hard and so messy and time consuming and nowhere near the standard of excellence you get from Rug spar. My rugs are like new again. Highly recommended.

We contacted Rugcleaningexperts after they were recommended by a friend. Our rug had an odour as we previously had a dog which we tried unsuccessfully to clean ourselves on numerous occasions. Rugcleaningexperts were fantastic they kept us informed on collection and progress and when the rug would be returned.
It arrived and the odour has gone and it is as clean and fresh as it was when we bought it 5 years ago.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service throughout. I was sceptical but I'm so glad I did.
My old rug has been in the family forever and was severely in need of a clean/refurbishment.
It was a wreck and I genuinely thought it was time to let it go. It stank and was stained from years and years of use. It had lived with 5 dogs and two in house smokers for a decade of its life before handing over.
I never knew this level of in depth rug cleaning company existed, only for a recommendation from a friend at work.
It was collected promptly, gone for just over a week and came back like I remember laying on as a child 30+ years ago. Unbelievable.
It stank horrid and it came back to me like I'd just bought a new rug. Unbeleivable!
Colour's were faded, all now vivid and rich.
It's crazy, I'm over the moon with the service and thankyou everybody there for giving this heirloom a new lease of life! You can't buy rugs like this anymore as I'm sure you know!
Worth every penny.

Incredible results! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

After attempting to clean red ice pop stains off a wool rug, I damaged it further leaving large deep brown stains in its place. I contacted Rug Spa in the evening who came back to me straight away with a quote and answered all my questions promptly.

The rug was collected the next day and has been returned to me a couple of weeks later. I was informed the stain hadn’t fully come out but it is barely noticeable.

The rug looks amazing 🤩
